Samples
We get many requests for samples and we acknowledge that it is a vital and necessary part of trade to send customers samples for them to assess our products prior to buying. However we have found that some enquiries are less serious than others and a great deal of time and money is wasted. As a result we have implemented a procedure whereby we will ask for the cost of samples and courier to initially be borne by the customer. Should a successful arrangement for trade be reached, Christie International will refund 120% of the sample and courier cost on the first order over £5,000.
